ABPmer has been awarded an EIA Quality Mark by the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) for its service excellence in the co-ordination of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and production of Environmental Statements (ES).
The award comes following an independent IEMA review of ABPmer’s EIA activities. Following the audit, IEMA commended ABPmer’s well developed EIA management regime, excellent team capabilities and high quality of written work. It was also noted performance management and team progression are developed to a high standard.
Natalie Frost, Consents and Licensing Business Manager at ABPmer said, “Our presence on the EIA Quality Mark register allows us to demonstrate our dedication to quality practice in the management of EIAs and production of Environmental Statements. We have a wealth of EIA experience having contributed to and carried out many multi-disciplinary investigations into the environmental impact of proposed marine developments.
“In volunteering to join the scheme ABPmer has made a commitment to ensure that EIA activities continue to maintain their existing high quality within ABPmer and across UK practice”.
Our specialist staff means that we have the full range of marine specialisms in-house. Our knowledge is regularly applied to aggregates, cables, pipelines, ports, offshore renewables and waterside infrastructure projects.
